PREPARATION:
Heat 2tb spoons butter in a pan, add chopped ginger, garlic, green chillies stir for few seconds, now add chopped onion and fry until transparent.To this add the cashew nuts and milk/sour cream and stir for a while, remove this mixture for cooling. After the mixture cools grind it and make a paste.
Mean while chop the paneer(cottage cheese)into small cubes, and also puree the ripe tomatoes and keep aside.
Heat remaining table spoon butter, add cloves, turmeric, cumin powder, red chilly powder and garam masala(spice powder) to it now add the paneer cubes and stir until they get coated with spices.Finally to this add the onion paste and tomato puree and cook for 15-20 minutes or until done. Adjust salt and spices as required and garnish with fresh cilantro.I love my curry to be spicy:).
